After the March murders of Asian-American women in Atlanta, Wellesley Public Schools invited colored students for talks to process their feelings. One teacher said white students should not attend but offered other opportunities to discuss the recent violence.
Now a newly formed Conservative group based in Washington, DC is asking President Biden’s administration to investigate the Wellesley School District. An anonymous tip triggered the complaint, said Nicole Neily, president of Parents Defending Education, despite acknowledging she didn’t know if Wellesley students or parents were complaining.
