The Administrative Committee of the New Jersey Compensation Rating and Inspection Bureau appointed Krystal A. Ross as Vice President, effective Thursday.

Ross joined the office as the chief actuary in January 2018. She will continue to serve in this role overseeing statistical reporting, installment submission and product development.

Prior to joining the office, Ross spent more than 15 years in the compensation industry, assisting AIG and Starr Cos with ratemaking, regulatory reporting and product management.

Ross is a member of the Casualty Actuarial Society and has been a member of the American Academy of Actuaries since 2010.
