US Congressman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez blows up Republican colleagues in her house who privately say they support the indictment against President Donald Trump but are too scared of it.
Ocasio-Cortez responded to a tweet from Politico’s top political correspondent who said that some Republicans want to press charges but are receiving death threats: “I see, but some of us have just spent the last two years taking positions that repeated Attempts have led to our lives – for the demand for guaranteed health care, justice for immigrants, etc. “
“Sorry if there is a lack of empathy, but it’s a privilege if this is the first time. You can cast a vote. “
“Many of them,” she continued, referring to the GOP legislators, “rode the wave of this violent rhetoric, or at least sat by idly. Now is our chance to stop it.”
“That’s why we’re sent to Congress – the hard stuff. All simple decisions are made. If a GOP needs advice on how to deal with it, they can give me a call. “
She wasn’t quite finished yet.
AOC also responded to a video showing a Republican supporting the Confederation, or even hesitating for a second, telling them, “Maybe you should resign.”

Outraged, she says in the video that the rioters “hoisted the Confederate flag for the first time in American history. It didn’t even make it during the Civil War. “

To every member of Congress who voted to overthrow the election, AOC said, “If you do that much – if any member of Congress stutters to say the Confederation was a traitor to the United States, the Confederation is a legion of white supremacistrs, if you stutter to say so, drop your pin and get out. “
