Trump Cupboard Secretaries Discussing Invoking 25th Modification to Take away President: Report

In an off-the-rails interview on Monday, President Donald Trump put forward a wild new conspiracy theory to portray his Democratic opponent Joe Biden as being controlled by “thugs” and “people in the dark.”

“Who do you think is pulling Biden’s strings?” Fox News host Laura Ingraham asked President Trump as if the former vice president isn’t setting his own course – a familiar but incorrect point of discussion by Fox News and GOP.
