Supreme Courtroom Refuses to Kill ObamaCare in 7-2 Determination However Leaves Door Open
The US Supreme Court refused to kill ObamaCare in a 7-2 ruling, with Conservative Justices Alito and Gorsuch disagreed.
Right-wing attorneys general and other Texas-led GOP politicians coerced the matter, but, as MSNBC’s Pete Williams notes, “this is not a decision on the merits” but a decision “without ruling on the underlying case.”
The Trump administration backed efforts to kill ObamaCare.
Upon application, the court rejected the case, again leaving the door open for other challenges.
But for now, the Affordable Care Act remains the law of the country.
This is a breaking news and a developing story.
