Law360 (Jun 10, 2021, 6:11 p.m. EDT) – The Service Employees International Union has asked a federal judge in Washington, DC, to dismiss a former human resources manager’s lawsuit alleging she was discriminated against and retaliated on sick leave the employee has not proven that her dismissal and her vacation are related.
