Non secular Proper Reporter Desires to Know if Biden Hopes to ‘Unite the Nation’ Will He ‘Attain Out to Professional-Life Individuals?’

A reporter for the extreme Catholic television network EWTN suggested that President Joe Biden failed to meet his demand for unity because of his support for Roe v. Wade reiterated and repealed the Republican foreign policy “gag rule” prohibiting the use of US aid to NGOs for abortion referrals, counseling or even advocating the decriminalization of abortion.

“President Biden said he wanted to unite the country, but in the first two weeks of his term, much to the disappointment of pro-life Americans, he repealed Mexico City policies and ordered a review of Title X and issued a statement in which Roe v. Wade is strongly supported, ”Owen Jensen of Eternal Word Television Network told White House press secretary Jen Psaki.

“Will the President make any effort to reach the pro-life Americans in his administration?” he asked.

Mexico City’s policy is a policy, not a law, and it was enacted under GOP presidents, not democratic ones. Roe v. Wade is regulated by law. Title X is a family planning guideline.

“Well, those were the positions of the president for a long time,” replied Psaki, trying to be positive, “and he certainly just repeated them and kept the promises he made in the campaign,” she added and effectively reminded the reporter that Biden is indeed a Democrat.

“But the president will reach all Americans. And so he will rule what he speaks about in his inaugural address, and he intends to keep that promise. “

Not satisfied, Jensen went on, saying that Biden “is described as a devout Catholic. Will he use faith to make political decisions? “

Somewhat perplexed, Psaki added that President Biden “goes to church almost every weekend and this is important to him personally and to his family, and he has spoken about the effects of his faith on healing and everything he has been through as a person being so sure is a guide for him as a human. “

Alabama-based EWTN claims to be “the largest religious media network in the world”.

In a 2020 Vanity Fair article entitled “Deep State, Deep Church: How QAnon and Trumpism Infected the Catholic Church,” EWTN was mentioned seven times.
