Liberals Message Justice Breyer in ‘Fantasy Land’ After McConnell Says He’ll Block Biden Nominee

Senate Republican Minority Leader Mitch McConnell pledged to block any Supreme Court candidate President Joe Biden should submit if the GOP recaptures the Senate next year, and now Liberal Justice Stephen Breyer is pushing for resignation to draw so the Democrats can replace him instead of allowing the Republicans to create a 7-2 majority.

Thanks to McConnell, President Donald Trump was able to put three judges in the country’s highest court, giving the Conservatives a 6-3 majority.

Judge Breyer, 82, was tried by then President Bill Clinton in 1994. He was confirmed with 87-9.
