The International Association of Workplace Injury Agencies and Commissions announced that their Spring Conference 2021 will be virtual.
Modeling positive health and safety practices is one way organizations can demonstrate caring for their workers, IAIABC said in a statement. During the pandemic, it means maintaining social distancing, supporting work from home, and limiting unnecessary travel, the association said.
“To meet these business needs, the IAIABC Board of Directors has decided to host the forum virtually in 2021,” IAIABC said in a statement.
The spring conference will take place over two weeks, with sessions lasting a few hours a day. The events will take place from April 20-22 and April 27-29.
The IAIABC announced that a full schedule and registration information will be released shortly.
