Federal Prosecutor for Brooklyn, Queens, Lengthy Island Launches Groups Targeted on Atmosphere, Civil Rights

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern Borough of New York created two new teams in its civil department in June that will allow more U.S. assistant attorneys to work with the existing civil rights and environmental justice officers.

Acting US Attorney Jacquelyn Kasulis said the new teams are in response to President Joe Biden’s emphasis on these two priorities.
