CLARA Analytics Names Tom Warden Chief Insurance coverage, Science Officer| Employees Compensation Information

CLARA Analytics announced that Tom Warden has been appointed as Chief Insurance and Science Officer to oversee the company’s science, technology and research activities.

Warden has developed plans and formed teams to improve the quality and efficiency of enterprise-wide data usage in various functions to help make critical business decisions in midsize and Fortune 100 companies, CLARA said.

He specializes in creating competitive advantages through new technologies that increase sales and take advantage of market opportunities.

Warden has formulated Big Data and Artificial Intelligence solutions to enable significant business growth and shareholder value in his previous companies, including Allstate, AIG and Employers Insurance. He has also led the development of strategic plans, innovation skills and digital products.

Warden earned a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University and a BA from Ohio State University.

Warden will report to newly appointed CLARA CEO Heather H. Wilson.
