US Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-QNY) spoke to reporters about moves outside of Congress on Friday, answering questions about a 2019 video that CNN unearthed Marjorie Taylor Greene Stalking AOC and other members of “The Squad” before she was elected to the House of Representatives.
“It seems like she posted some -” Rep. Ocasio-Cortez replied to reporters before trying to prevent herself from apparently mentioning the video.
“Your way of fixing has been going on for several years. At this point, I think the depth of this un-wellness has raised concerns among other members as well, so I think this is an assessment that needs to be made by the right professionals, “Ocasio-Cortez generously offers. “I’m concerned about your perception of reality.”
“I mean, this is a woman who is deeply unwell and who clearly needs help,” added Ocasio-Cortez.
When a reporter asks AOC about Greene’s repeated requests to debate her, the New York Democratic Congresswoman notes that “she keeps discussing this,” but adds, “It’s not a thing, you know? So I’m concerned about yours Perception of reality. “
In this 2019 video, Greene once said, “We’ll see, we’ll visit Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Crazy eyes. Crazy eyes. Nutty. Cortez. “
“So you have to stop being a baby and stop locking your door and come out and face the American citizens you serve,” she says. “If you want to be a big girl, you have to be able to get rid of your diaper and come out and talk to American citizens. Instead of having to use a hatch, a small hatch. Sad.”
