AF Group Publicizes Employees’ Compensation Division Government Adjustments
LANSING, me., December 21, 2020 / PRNewswire / – AF Group is pleased to announce several executive appointments in its compensation department that support the company’s continued strength and growth as a leading provider of specialty insurance solutions.
These dates include:
Michelle McLane, named Senior Vice President of Business Development. McLane has a strong background in underwriting, broker relations and territorial management and has excelled over the course of her 18 year career by assembling teams and generating positive client results. Most recently she was Executive Vice President Sales at M3 Insurance, a valued partner agency of the United Heartland brand of the AF Group.

To assist McLane with this appointment, Mike Valiante, Vice President, Business Development for Third Coast Underwriters, has been promoted to Vice President Business Development, Accident Fund; and Justin Bealhen, Vice President Business Development at United Heartland, will assume an expanded role that includes UH Loss Control and 3CU Business Development Supervision.
Scott Babcock, Vice President Customer Operations & Loss Control at 3CU, will expand his responsibility to include corporate loss control. In this role, he will better oversee the company’s loss control processes to ensure consistency across brands.
After all, Montell Taylor has been promoted to Vice President of Operations at AF Group. In his new role, Taylor will lead the company’s premium audit team, budget planning and cost management, and lead business process improvement, as well as lead customer relations and wholesale service strategy.
