MAGA Crowd at CPAC Rewards Josh Hawley With a Standing Ovation for Voting to Overturn a Free and Honest Election

Conservatives continue to reward Republicans who struggled to overthrow the 2020 presidential election.

Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) was a prominent proponent of the “big lie” that Donald Trump actually won the presidential election. Hawley refused to accept the election result even after the electoral college voted for Joe Biden to win in December.

Hawley continued his efforts to overthrow the elections even after the dead of January. 6. Trump supporters uprising who believed Hawley’s misinformation.

While harshly criticized in Missouri, the Senator was cheered on Friday when he bragged about joining the insurgents while speaking to the Conservative Political Action Conference in Orlando.

Many in the crowd even gave him a standing ovation.
