ICW Group Names Michael Wheaton Director of Buyer Expertise| Staff Compensation Information

ICW Group Insurance Cos. Announced the addition of Michael Wheaton as Director of Customer Experience.

Wheaton brings more than 15 years of experience to the new role that ICW Group says was created to improve customer service.

He joins ICW Group from Alliant Credit Union, Illinois, where he served as a senior manager of design and member experience insights.

Wheaton holds a bachelor’s degree in math and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

The ICW Group is currently working on recruiting new positions in the Customer Experience department, including the Contact Center Manager, the Director of Customer Relationship Management and the Implementation Specialist for Customer Relationship Management. ICW is also working to fill positions in its corporate marketing department, including Director of Channel Marketing, Marketing Manager, and Marketing Operations Specialist.
