US Representative Paul GosarAn Arizona Republican and white nationalist (his own family calls him a white supremacist) is one of the most extreme members of Congress, but claims that several other GOP lawmakers covered the deadly January 6th uprising just hours later today The expulsion of Rep. Liz Cheney from the Republican leadership is as wrong and dangerous as that of Gosar.
During a House hearing on the insurgency instigated by then-President Donald Trump, Arizona white nationalist lawmaker defended the insurgents on Wednesday, calling them “peaceful protesters” harassed by the Justice Department.

“In an irritable exchange with former US Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen about Ashli Babbitt, a Trump supporter who was shot by the Capitol Police while trying to enter the chamber,” Forbes said, “Gosar said as a “veteran” who was “wrapped up” in a US flag alleging that she was executed – the Capitol police officer who killed Babbitt was cleared of the wrongdoing. “
But even Gosar’s claims were not most different from the basic facts.
