‘Your Boos Imply Nothing to Me – I’ve Seen What You Cheer For’: Homosexual Dem Brian Sims Slams GOP Lawmakers Who Lower His Mic

Representative of the democratic state Brian Sims shared a few truths with his Republican colleagues on the Pennsylvania House floor, truths they found so “seditious” that they literally cut off his microphone – twice – and removed his comments from official records.

What did they find so “flammable”?

Rep. Sims reminded House GOP lawmakers that their caucus is “100% white” and “70% male,” Business Insider reported.

Sims, who is running for the state’s next lieutenant governor, beat up Republican lawmakers for pursuing their “grossly predictable misogynist agenda.”

GOP lawmakers in a state that ranks fifth in the total number of coronavirus deaths with an ongoing pandemic, debated laws that would require women to treat miscarriages as human death and force them to remove the remains of the fetus to bury or cremate.

Calling it a “diversion debating a law that will never become law,” Sims slammed the Republican side of the aisle.

“But that feels normal to far too many of us. This is just another act in a political theater that has plagued this Chamber for far too long. We are a legislature that has come together more to repeal mask mandates, revoke emergency executive powers, and oppose free and fair elections than to make strategic investments in Pennsylvania’s women, children, and families. “

“Finally, Mr Spokesman, it has not escaped me, and I am sure that it has not escaped many of the Members here today, that this legislation is just another unnecessary exaggeration in a grossly predictable misogynist agenda, an agenda put forward by a House is being persecuted by a party that is 100% white in a chamber that is 70% men. “

His comments were met with anger.

“Oh, your boos don’t mean anything,” replied Rep. Sims. “I saw what you are cheering for.”

House Republican Majority Leader Kerry Benninghoff protested, saying, “I think these comments are inflammatory for our members. And to this treasured chamber. We tried to leave room on this issue both yesterday and today, but I will not allow our members on this floor to be attacked or insulted or conduct such as this.

“Aren’t you 100% white?” Sims demands. “100% white.”

He was told it was “out of order”.

“100% white, 70% male,” continued Sims.

“Mr. Speaker, turn off his microphone. I wish it was beaten [sic] from the minutes ”, explained the chairman.
