‘We Might Have Achieved Worse’
House and Senate Democrats passed legislation on Thursday to expand the US Supreme Court from the current nine to 13 seats. Contrary to comments from Conservatives, the Constitution doesn’t set the number of seats the country’s Supreme Court should have, and this wouldn’t be the first time Congress has changed the size of the court: it has been changed seven times before.
And, as some point out, Senate Mitch McConnell’s refusal to unofficially allow President Barack Obama to fill a vacant seat on the Supreme Court makes it eight times before.
The 2021 Justice Bill was introduced in the Senate by Senator Ed Markey (D-MA) and in the home of Justice Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-NY) and Representatives Hank Johnson (D-GA) and Mondaire Jones (D-GA). NY).
It merely states: “Section 1 of Title 28 of the United States Code is amended to remove one United States Chief Justice and eight Associate Judges, six of whom have a quorum, and insert one Chief Justice of the United States and twelve Associate Judges, eight of whom have a quorum. “
U.S. Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR):
Packing the Supreme Court would destroy the Supreme Court.
The Democrats will do anything for power.

Cotton also tweeted, “Court wrapping will be the end of Supreme Court legitimacy and the end of the rule of law in America.”
Brian Fallon, former DOJ director of public affairs and national press secretary for the Clinton 2016 campaign, responded, “In Cotton’s home state of Arkansas, Republicans are currently pushing for a constitutional amendment to remove the Supreme Court’s ability to rule on courts hearing cases and instead give that power to the GOP-controlled legislature. “
US Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) seems to believe that a “conservative majority” is just the natural state of the Supreme Court.
Those who are pushing this idea are some of the most liberal in Congress.
They are trying to water down the conservative majority in the court by implementing the radical policy of court wrapping.

Former OANN host, coronavirus conspiracy theorist, anti-LGBTQ activist:
Crickets by the Never Trumpers, who voted for Biden as radical Democrats, reveal a Supreme Court packing plan. Rest assured, Never Trumpers, I blame you.

Candace Owens, former director of communications at Turning Point USA, who praised Hitler, saying, “If Hitler just wanted to make Germany great and let things go well, okay, good,” but the problem is that he “wanted to globalize”:
It has now been revealed that the Democrats are planning to grab the Supreme Court.
This has to be fought with teeth and nails.
If they get that, democracy in this country will become an illusion. America will quickly turn into a socialist dictatorship.
Left or Right – WAKE UP.

US Representative Lauren Boebert (R-CO):
The packing of the Supreme Court is an act of political terrorism.

Mike Pompeo, former Trump Secretary of State and President of the President from 2024, hopeful:
Our Supreme Court justices uphold the rule of law, not the emotions of the law. Packing the Supreme Court for favorable results brings partisan politics into the courtroom. SCOTUS is the last place we need political games.

Anti-Abortion Extremist:
The Supreme Court packing is an obvious Democratic takeover. The number of seats has not changed since 1869.
If we allow them to do so, welcome a one-party system. It would unbalance our Democratic Republic and destroy much of the little political compromise that is left.
