Undercover Reporter Catches Ted Cruz Bragging He ‘Led the Objections’ to Attempt to Overturn the Election

US Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) was bragged on camera that he “raised the objections” on Jan. 6 in an attempt to overthrow a free and fair election. Cruz was highlighted, along with US Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO), as a leader in ethics for “reinforcing allegations of electoral fraud,” leading to “threats of violence against state and local officials across the country has “filed complaint from seven Democratic senators.

Lauren Windsor, who describes herself as an undercover reporter for The Undercurrent and runs a website that helps victims of Project Veritas, pretended to be a far-right voter and asked Senator Cruz why he “hasn’t done more to help President Trump to fight January 6th. ”

On camera Cruz brags that he “raised the objections, but the Senate rejected them.”

“But you could have done more,” she tells the Texas Republican. “I mean, we all know Joe Biden didn’t win this election. I know from the bottom of my heart that Joe Biden didn’t win. “

Cruz repeats himself and says, “I fought the battle,” but never says that President Joe Biden won the election or that he is rightfully the president. Instead, he accuses the other senators of not having “the votes”.

Windsor goes on to ask Cruz what he is “going to do to stop Big Tech from silencing conservatives,” a false claim by the right that turns out to be false here on a daily basis. “Big tech” sites like Facebook ignore their own rules and terms of use and give preferential treatment that “favors inferior, far-right content” while strangling liberal news sites.

Cruz is saved by his handler who tries to move her forward. He insists that he “needs to take pictures” but she is not ready to let him go.

“Are you going to stop Facebook and Twitter from turning down conservatives?” She asks.

“I fight every day, OK?” Cruz, hand on his heart, answers.
