Tucker Carlson Mocked for Taking part in the Sufferer After Attacking Ladies within the Navy
Fox News presenter Tucker Carlson does not withdraw, but he plays the victim in his personal war against women.
Carlson, the face of Fox News, attacked the US military, and specifically female members of the military, on Tuesday night, claiming they had harmed America’s military might by making our armed forces “more feminine”. Holding up China’s military as a sign of strength, he quoted a Chinese government official who warned their nation that young Chinese boys were becoming too “soft.”
Carlson told his audience that pregnant women serving in the military “mock” the American armed forces.
By Thursday morning, Carlson’s misogynistic remarks had gone viral, leading women across the country to find support for women in the military.
And around noon, the Pentagon, including the Secretary of Defense on a rare turn, reprimanded the Fox News host. Senior military officials from every branch of the nation’s armed forces spoke out to support women and punish Carlson.
“What we’re absolutely not going to do is get staff advice from a talk show host,” a Pentagon spokesman said, which was apparently enough to make Carlson feel under attack.
Just moments ago, Carlson took to Twitter not to apologize, but to double down and play the victim:
This afternoon the Department of Defense issued a press release attacking the show: “Secretary Beats Fox Host.” As if we were a hostile alien power. Remarkable. We’ll be responding to #FoxNews at 8 p.m. ET
– Tucker Carlson (@TuckerCarlson) March 11, 2021
The actual title of this press release was “Press Secretary Smites Fox Moderator, Scattering the Diversity of the US Military.”
His attempt to play offensively did not go down well (except for the right crowd who always “support the blues” and “support our troops” unless Donald Trump or Fox News tell them not to .) So many respond to Carlson:
That’s right, retire to your safe space, snowflake. Do it all about you, not the brave military personnel you smeared. https://t.co/k6RHKr6cLK

Or he could sign up. Show them how tough it is. https://t.co/aLbaMXNlSj

IMO | DoD did not “attack” your show, son! You have pushed back your misogyny towards women in the military who “feminize” the armed forces.
Do you want a cage match with a random woman solider? It could be arranged and she would FLUSH your ass! 😏
But you’re going to double up like a plaster, won’t you? https://t.co/BS2SqRbe78

Fox News made this statement after Carlson repeatedly criticized a reporter, which resulted in other users harassing them:
“No public figure or journalist is immune to legitimate criticism of their reports, allegations, or journalistic tactics.”
Apparently it only works one way. https://t.co/X9aecEXU73
