Law360 (Mar 24, 2021, 7:04 p.m. EDT) – The Third Circle declined Wednesday to reanimate a suit owned by a medical assistant who was banned from returning to work after being on vacation for cancer treatment and justified firing her after she ran out of medical leave.

A three-judge panel upheld a summary judgment for Pinnacle Health Medical Services regarding discrimination, retaliation, and failure of Debra Williams to reopen the lawsuit.
