Law360 (April 30, 2021, 4:21 p.m. EDT) – A regional airline operating United Airlines express flights cannot dispute a jury’s judgment that impeded a former diabetic’s access to medical leave. The $ 430,000 in damages was miscalculated by a lower court and was inadequate.
