Senate Committee Republicans Impasse Important ‘For the Individuals’ Voting Rights Laws – Heavy Carry Now Required

The far right wing of the Republican Party insists that the novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19 in humans was developed and manufactured in a laboratory in Wuhan, China, United States Dr. Anthony FauciIn addition to being responsible, the director of the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) is benefiting from the deaths of 3.3 million people around the world who died from the virus and the COVID-19 vaccine wrongly.

For example, here is US Representative Thomas Massie (R-KY) making the false claim that Fauci “benefited” from virus research:

Kentucky Republican Senator Rand Paul has been attacking Fauci for nearly a year, spreading conspiracy theories and falsehoods like this one from a science denial think tank advocating herd immunity against COVID-19.

On Tuesday, during a Senate hearing, U.S. Senator Roger Marshall (R-KS) tried to find Dr. Attack Fauci.

Fauci didn’t want to let him.

Marshall, reading from a script, suggested that COVID-19 was “a product of laboratory manipulation” and wanted to know whether funding from the National Institutes of Health could be “indirectly or directly” related to the COVID-19 virus.

“If we look at the experiments that we funded, that possibility doesn’t exist,” Fauci told Marshall.

Under pressure from Marshall, if his answer is clear, Fauci, who is a doctor, politely trains Marshall, saying, “Anyone who knows anything about virology would realize that this is not something that would infect a person.”

Marshall was determined to get Fauci to give him a soundbite to back up his conspiracy theories, and Fauci didn’t move.

“The NIH and NIAID did not fund any profit on functional research to be done at the Wuhan Institute of Virology,” Fauci said slowly so Marshall could understand.

Marshall kept pressing and Fauci, who refused to give him what he wanted.

“If you want to make me say yes or no, I won’t play this game,” replied Fauci.
