Michelle Greene has worked extensively in developing, maintaining, and administering a company’s employee compensation program for over two decades. Michelle brings extensive experience in a variety of management roles including TPA experience with Helmsman Group, loss and loss control experience with large accounts with Liberty Mutual and a variety of insurance roles as General Manager for Pekin Insurance. She was active on the Strategic Committee for the Commercial Market and Risk Management Working Group of the Pekin Insurance Company, as well as in the development of the Pekin Select Insurance Company.

Throughout her long and successful career, Michelle has proven to be a catalyst for change by being instrumental in handling multi-jurisdictional claims processing with small and large accounts, workflow management, staffing, organizational reorganization, customer experience, the Management of change and the handling of change has contributed to servant leadership. Michelle has also developed and overseen nurse triage programs, nurse advocacy programs, training programs related to employee compensation laws, guidelines, return to work, loss control, and benefits.

Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology. With a keen eye, a curious mind and a passion for learning, she is currently enrolled in a dual master’s degree for her MBA and MOL, a master’s in business administration and a master’s in organizational management.

Your core beliefs include compassion, humility, and service. She believes these three qualities are critical to getting injured workers back to work and life in the world of compensation for workers. Belief in success is based on cooperation. Companies need to share their philosophy in forming business partnerships.

Family is especially important to Michelle. She is married with three children and four beautiful grandchildren. She’s also an avid runner and tends to do most of her thinking on the road. Michelle also loves to read a lot and enjoys traveling to new and exotic places. She believes in giving back to the community and often volunteers for local NGOs and humanitarian organizations.

Michelle serves on the board of directors for Kids’ Chance of Illinois and is involved in the St. Jude Memphis to Peoria Affiliate Runs.
