My Pillow CEO in Off-the-Rails Interview Says Twitter Was ‘Operating’ His Account After Suspending Him
“Free Subscriptions for Good Housekeeping”
President Donald Trump rallies three times a day for the last week before election day and closes his closing message. Trump is desperate to regain a demographic he has lost: those he calls “suburban women” – the same group of voters he used to call “suburban housewives”.
After all, he has the strange belief that women will stay home and men go to work in 2020 – which may explain one of the reasons he lost them.
Trump telegraphed this strange concept on Tuesday when he told voters that his own daughter, who was given the title of Senior Advisor to the President, would be “very happy to be home with the kids.” He added, “But we let them work.”
Later on Tuesday, Trump told his “suburban women” not to worry: “We’ll get your husbands back to work.”
They are remarks from the 1950s or maybe an episode of “Mad Men”.

Many responded with allegations of misogyny and indignation.
Oh how lovely !!
Now we can finally afford the fancy dishwasher that I’ve been watching in this shop window for all these months.
I have to run because my sweetheart’s martini won’t stir by itself and I look pretty scared in my house dress.
And dinner has to be punctually at 5 a.m.

Hmmmmm, just let me go through my Suburban Woman checklist:
1. “Please like me”
2. “I saved your neighborhood” from “the projects” and “Cory Booker”
3. “Suburban Housewives”
4. “Bring your husbands back to work”
5. Years of bigotry, bullying and bumblebeing
no thanks

As a woman, it’s so offensive. My mother worked, her mother worked, both husbands worked, and all of my siblings and their husbands worked or worked, regardless of their gender. The only reason someone is unemployed now is because of them. Period

To do…. “Suburban women”…. not working? Because … I live in the suburbs and … I am working. Am I getting it wrong? Was there a memo? https://t.co/Bcec1iXr0s
