MEMIC Promotes Three to Underwriting Territory Managers| Employees Compensation Information

The MEMIC Group has promoted three underwriters to the newly created roles of underwriting area managers, Portland, Maine-based workers’ compensation insurer announced on Wednesday.

Margaret Templeton, who joined MEMIC in 2014 as a Senior Underwriter, will manage the insurer’s mid-Atlantic area and will be based in Albany, New York. Prior to joining MEMIC, she worked for Hartford Financial Services Group Inc. for more than 20 years.

James Keck, who joined MEMIC as a Senior Underwriter in 2016, will lead the Northeast area and is based in Wilmington, Massachusetts. Prior to that, he was Executive Underwriter at The Hartford for eight years.

Roger Comer, who joined MEMIC in 2014 and was most recently Senior Production Underwriter, will manage the Southeast area and will be based in Fort Myers, Florida.
