According to Huffington Post reporter Kevin Robbillard, Biden’s list includes, among others, Kevin McCarthy, Chair of the Minority of the House, and Elise Stefani, Chair of the GOP Conference, as well as representatives Roger Wicker, Beth Van Duyne, Greg Pence, Jaime Herrera Beutler, Troy Balderson and Tony Gonzales on the list. The Associated Press identified some of the culprits earlier this month and reported that “Republicans from New York to Washington state promoted elements of the legislation they sought to defeat.”
