Giuliani Sued in Large $1.three Billion Defamation Lawsuit by Dominion Voting Machines Maker
Citing more than 50 statements Rudy Giuliani made in his campaign to repeal the 2020 presidential election, voting machine maker Dominion has announced that former President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer, Donald Trump, will be used in a massive 1.3 libel case Billions of dollars to sue.
Giuliani spent more than a month “running a viral disinformation campaign about Dominion,” made up of “proven false” allegations, partly to gain access to legal fees and his podcast, “the 107-page lawsuit said, according to The New York times.
He reportedly continued to make the false claims even after Dominion sent him a legal notice asking him to stop.
The lawsuit is also directed against Giuliani as one of the people who instigated the January 6 uprising.
“To have been deceived by Giuliani and his allies that they were not criminals – but the defense of the patriots[ing] The Dominion Republic and its co-conspirators – they then bragged about their involvement in the crime on social media, ”the lawsuit reads.
Giuliani, who himself was a former federal prosecutor, must have known the danger he was in. He chose to work with Sidney Powell, a pro-Trump attorney who turned falsehoods and conspiracy theories so wild that even Trump agreed to let go of the team. She too faces a $ 1.3 billion libel lawsuit from Dominion.
Dominion hints that more lawsuits may come, including against President Trump, Fox News and Fox Business, Fox presenter Lou Dobbs, Newsmax and One America News Network.
This is breaking news and a developing story.
Giuliani, who was sued by Dominion Voting Machines Maker in a massive $ 1.3 billion libel case, first appeared in the New Civil Rights Movement.
