Former Audit Board Staffer Provides Civil Rights Claims to Lawsuit

The former chief administrative officer of the U.S. accountancy bureau said the agency violated its civil rights laws when it was falsely fired last fall, and then fought against it when it filed a discrimination lawsuit this spring.

Sue Lee expanded her discrimination lawsuit against the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board on Friday to include the federal law violations that discriminated against her based on her Chinese nationality after she was granted the right to pursue her claims by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
