CopperPoint Broadcasts Expanded Roles for Executives| Staff Compensation Information

CopperPoint Insurance Cos. Announced extended roles for executives on Tuesday.
The company announced that Bob Roland has been named Chief Operating Officer in addition to his responsibilities as Chief Administrative Officer.
At the same time, the airline announced that Rachel Davis-Shultz, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, will take on additional responsibilities in the company’s operations.
Roland joined CopperPoint in 2017 and was responsible for claims and related processes, data management and analysis, business development, information technology, internal audits and pay-as-you-go programs.
He succeeds Scott Shader, who brought over 30 years of experience to CopperPoint in 2017 and retired on April 1st.
“On behalf of the entire CopperPoint family, we would like to thank Scott for his excellent leadership and contributions to the success of CopperPoint,” said Marc Schmittlein, President and CEO, in a statement. “Scott was instrumental in planning our strategic expansion by developing the operational infrastructure and innovation required to scale and grow the company.”
Davis-Shultz joined CopperPoint in 2019. With her expanded responsibility for business operations, she is responsible for all operational areas, including the operational resource center, contact and policy contact center, award review, billing and collections.
