Civil Rights Lawsuit Filed Towards The New York Metropolis Police Division By Companies Staff Arrested For Towing A Truck That They Had been Licensed To Tow, Which Expenses Had been Later Dismissed

However, the Mazzio brothers presented evidence that the towing was authorized and Western Express no longer cooperated with the criminal case, leading to the dismissal of all charges. The Mazzio brothers claim the NYPD had no likely reason to arrest them when the tow was approved by a Western Express employee but the truck was reported stolen by another Western Express employee.
