Chaos Erupts in Florida After 12-12 months-Outdated and 14-12 months-Outdated Steal Excessive-Powered Weapons and Open Fireplace on Police

Two foster children broke into a house in Florida that Tuesday and then used guns they found at the residence to shoot police officers who arrived at the scene, reports Click Orlando.

The 12- and 14-year-old children are charged with attempted first degree murder of police officers and armed burglary after shooting police with guns, including an AK-47, for about 30 minutes.

“So the MPs in the Deltona area are looking for this 12-year-old and this 14-year-old, because the 12-year-old is insulin-dependent and the 12-year-old, if he does not come in his medication within four hours it will be a critical medical emergency, “said Mike Chitwood, Volusia County Sheriff.

When a local resident told MPs that noises were being heard from broken glass in a nearby house, MPs investigated and found evidence of forced entry.

“And the amazing thing is that they don’t do what I would have done. I would have gone in because I have an eyewitness who told me two teenagers just broke into the house, ”Chitwood said. “You step back and contact the homeowner and say, ‘Should someone have access to your house?’ since resources flow to surround the property. “

The children, which consisted of a boy and a girl, also used baseball bats to destroy furniture, toilets and a bathtub, police say.

“At 8:28 am, one of my sergeants came first, Sgt. Donnie Maxwell, takes fire several times, never returns fire. At 8:31 a.m., one of our units reported that they were being shot at by the 12- and 14-year-olds. Another call came at 8:33 a.m. from another group of MPs surrounding the house saying that shots had been fired. At 8:40 a.m., the 14-year-old emerges from the property and threatens Sgt. Maxwell. At 8:54 am, the young man armed with an AK-47 opened fire on MPs, ”Chitwood said.

The boy dropped the AK-47 and surrendered after the girl was shot. Chitwood said it took MPs “several, several rounds – until they had no choice but to return fire.”

The girl is in stable condition after being taken to the Central Florida Regional Hospital, according to the Miami Herald.
