LANSING, me. (WLNS) It’s time to think about something new this year called Women Build on Wednesdays. The Women Build Program of the Habitat for Humanity Capital Region promotes the participation of women in the construction and renovation of Habitat houses. This program is built by women, funded by women and empowered by women.
This year Habitat CR starts https://www.habitatcr.org/ on the first Wednesday of every month starting this spring with the title Women Build Wednesday. To secure a volunteer spot, each participant pledges to raise funds to support the construction and rehabilitation of habitat homes in Counties Ingham and Eaton.
