Arkansas Governor Vetoes Invoice Banning Docs From Offering Remedy to Trans Youth – However Override Attainable
Republicans have come under heavy criticism for the past few months calling for the security measures, including additional fences, put in place after the January 6 uprising to be removed. They claim there is no longer any danger or threat.
Friday afternoon, a man rammed his car into a barricade on Capitol Hill, got out and began striking or stabbing two police officers on Capitol Hill, killing one of them. This suspect was shot and died. The other officer is reportedly in critical condition.
MP Marjorie Taylor Greene:
It is time for our National Guard to be sent home to their families, the barbed wire wall removed from the U.S. Capitol, and our great military no longer being used by Democrats as a political tool to harass the press, Congress, and the Americans I want our Capitol visit.

Lauren Boebert MP, who was among the loudest:
The National Guard should be on the border, not the Capitol.

Part of the fences were removed last week.
More than two months after the January 6 attack on the Capitol, officials have given the OK to reduce security and fences. On Saturday, part of the barbed wire on the fence was removed. https://t.co/2CCoRa8Raf pic.twitter.com/blMBIsjB43

A Capitol policeman has died. What does the Sedition Caucus now say about fencing?

For just a few days after the January 6 uprising, Republicans have been insisting that security at the Capitol be relaxed in the absence of any real threat

House Republicans complained that the security measures at the Capitol were voter repression while the GOP 361 introduced new bills to make voting more difficult

Darrell Issa complained the other day about the fences and guards in the Capitol. It’s an ongoing litany of complaints from Issa, Taylor-Greene, and others.
January 6th and today’s incident are the reasons for this.

Soooo … probably not a good time to remove the barricades around the US Capitol, right?

Republicans who promoted the big lie, instigated an attack on the Capitol, and then complained for months that there was too much security in the Capitol, will be silent for hours after this new attack. And then they start all over again.

Republicans: “Remove the barbed wire fences. Relax the security measures. There is no real threat. The people are drama queens. “
Today: Vehicle hits two police officers on Capitol Hill. Filming takes place. Capitol Hill at full lockdown.
What did the Republicans say again?

If we watch the terrible event at the US Capitol today, we remember all the Republicans who attacked and criticized Nancy Pelosi for her extra security measures.
They are bad, bad people. The GOP is America’s worst enemy.
