AF Group Declares Govt Modifications in Comp Division| Staff Compensation Information

The AG Group announced five executive appointments in its compensation department, including Michelle McLane, who has been named senior vice president of business development.
McLane brings a strong background in underwriting, broker relations and territorial management to the position, the AF Group said in a statement. Most recently she was Vice President of Sales at M3 Insurance, a partner agency of the United Heartland brand of the AG Group.
In support of McLane, Mike Valiante has been promoted from his current position as Vice President of Business Development for Third Coast Underwriters to Vice President of Business Development for Accident Funds.
The company announced that Justin Bealhen, vice president of business development for United Heartland, will play an expanded role that includes controlling losses and overseeing business development.
AG Group announced that Scott Babcock, Vice President of Client Operations and Loss Control at Third Coast Underwriters, will expand his responsibilities to include corporate loss control.
And Montell Taylor has been promoted to Vice President of Operations for the AF Group. Taylor will lead the company’s premium audit team, budget planning and expense management.
AF Group is headquartered in Lansing, Michigan. Subsidiaries include Accident Fund Insurance Co. of America, Accident Fund National Insurance Co., Accident Fund General Insurance Co., United Wisconsin Insurance Co., Third Coast Insurance Co., and CompWest Insurance Co.
