Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron has just ordered President Donald Trump’s firm, the Trump Organization, to hand over additional documents to New York State Attorney General Letitia James.
James has been researching President Donald Trump’s family businesses since March 2019, just two months after taking office.
“The ruling could force the Trump organization to divulge tons of information about the engineer Ralph Mastromonaco,” reports Law & Crime Various companies have unfairly inflated assets in order to obtain tax breaks. “
“In 1995, Trump Organization subsidiary Seven Springs LLC bought the property for $ 7.5 million,” added Law & Crimes. “Two decades later, Trump agreed to put in place a ‘conservation measure’ in 2015 to provide habitat for rare salamanders and bats and estimated the property’s feature to be worth $ 21.1 million next year.”
James celebrated the development on Tuesday afternoon.
