Our client, a 29-year-old woman, worked as a nanny for a family and followed her on a skiing holiday Colorado to take care of their little child. While in ColoradoOur client was a passenger in her employer’s car and was involved in a terrible collision in which she sustained serious injuries, including a catastrophic traumatic brain injury. The accident left her in a wheelchair and will have to be looked after around the clock for the rest of her life.
