Tower MSA Companions Names Melissa Galea Director of Operations| Staff Compensation Information

Melissa Galea joined Tower MSA Partners as Director of Operations. In this role, she will be responsible for the operational business model of the company’s Medicare secondary payer.

Galea brings 20 years of operations management experience to the position, Tower said in a statement. Most recently, she was Director of Operations and Transportation at MTI America for more than 13 years, leading transportation, call center customer service and language services.

Before that, she was the operations manager of a medical courier company.

Galea attended Broward College and is a certified continuing education teacher for insurance specialists in areas such as law, politics and ethics.
