Paperwork About Pretend Invoice Barr Investigation of Trump Obstruction of Justice Should Legally Be Launched Monday
Commentator for the Christian Broadcasting Network David BrodyReal America’s Voice Monday, which appeared on the far-right streaming website, tried to defend itself MP Marjorie Taylor GreeneThe remarks he made on Thursday’s broadcast when he falsely claimed that the embattled Georgia Republican Congresswoman was referring to “Germany before the Holocaust” when she spoke of Jews being “put in gas chambers.”
MP Greene compared Speaker Pelosi’s policy on masks to Hitler’s genocide of millions of Jews and other minorities.
Their statements sparked massive outrage and reinforced the demands House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy to remove them from Congress. McCarthy didn’t even bother to acknowledge Greene’s anti-Semitic remarks.
Monday afternoon, Brody claimed that “an honest reading” of Greene’s comments “shows that she compares the pre-Holocaust era in Nazi Germany to some aspects of America today, particularly that history has shown us that certain countries and regimes did so in in fact separated people into second class citizens. In essence, she said that Jews were then branded as second class citizens with a gold star, and today we also saw branding and a division of people between the vaccinated and the unvaccinated – two classes of people. That’s when she saw she wasn’t coming from a place of hate, ”Brody insisted.
He conveniently didn’t bother to allow the audio to play when he showed a video of Congressman Greene on Monday, and he conveniently didn’t specifically quote her.
We will.
“This woman is mentally ill,” Greene began, apparently not from “a place of hate.”
“You know,” Greene continued, “we can look back in the past when people were told to wear a gold star and they were definitely treated like second class citizens, so much so that they were on trains and trains were put in gas chambers in Nazi Germany, and Nancy Pelosi speaks of this kind of abuse. “

It is impossible for “an honest read” to omit these remarks, especially when it literally speaks of “Nazi Germany” and “put Jews on trains” and “put them in gas chambers.”
Brody’s suggestion that the golden stars were only used in Germany before the Holocaust is also wrong.
