Man Accused of Spa Murders of Asian Girls Charged With Home Terrorism – Jury May Add Hate Crime, Loss of life Penalty

The federal prosecutor’s office informed a judge on Wednesday that the former reality TV star “19 Kids and Counting” Josh Duggar had over 200 obscene pictures of underage children including child sexual assault pictures downloaded to his computer and some of the pictures were of children 5 years old.

According to TMZ, prosecutors for Homeland Security, according to TMZ, “brought witnesses, including friends and family, up Josh’s alleged porn addiction in interviews with law enforcement agencies.”

The sexual abuse material came from a raid in November 2019. The DOJ has not provided an explanation as to why it took so long to arrest the 33-year-old or whether someone in the Trump administration was protecting him.

The Radar website published statements by homeland security special agent Gerald Faulkner.

“In May 2019 [an Arkansas police officer] identified a computer involved in the known distribution of photos and videos of child pornography, “Faulkner said, claiming the computer contained a two-minute video showing two underage women and a man engaging in sexual acts on children and 65 images a woman “In line with child pornography.”

Radar also reports that during the 2019 raid, “Duggar was reported not to have been informed of the reason for the investigation at the time,” but he reportedly asked authorities if anyone had downloaded child pornography on their computer.

Faulkner said when he asked Josh about the explicit childrens content – allegedly ages 5 to 10 – found on his computer, Duggar replied, “I’d rather not answer that question.”

Duggar has six children and a seventh is on the way. He remains in jail while a judge ponders whether he should be released on bail.
