Nikki Haley Slammed for Claiming ‘Children Do not See Colour’ After Saying She Was Bullied
2024 GOP President hopeful Nikki Haley is under fire again. The former South Carolina Governor and former UN Ambassador to Trump, who was viewed by some as unshakable and held to her beliefs regardless of political ramifications, has had almost every topic she has dealt with since she left the administration, Upside Down Talk about the most fleeting topics the GOP is focused on.
“Critical racial theory is detrimental to a child’s education,” Haley tweeted, along with a video of speaking to far-right commentator Dennis Prager, who insists America is not racist. He has also stated that he can no longer use the word “n”.
After Prager referred to the 1619 project as a “lie”, Haley says, “Children should not be taught that they are racist,” which critical racial theory does not.
“You don’t see any color. You don’t see gender. They don’t see anything, they are just children, ”says Haley.
But as Justin Baragona, editor of Daily Beast notes, last year Haley spoke about the discrimination and bullying she’s faced for being of Indian descent.
“It is now fashionable in large parts of the Democratic Party to say that America is racist. That’s a lie. America is not a racist country, “Haley said at RNC 2020, as reported by NBC News.
“I was a brown girl in a black and white world. We faced discrimination and hardship, ”she added.
“I grew up in a small town where we were the only Indian family and I was bullied for not knowing if I was black or white,” she said. “I just knew that I was Indian. I was brown; and I was bullied for not taking a page. … So I told my parents and parents that they talked to the teachers and we ended up teaching the class. “
Haley has also described herself as “white” on a voter registration form, Mother Jones reported in 2011.
She gets burned on social media.
So if children “don’t see color”, is this story Nikki Haley told about discrimination and bullying in their youth wrong? Https://t.co/QA6ajcI9TS pic.twitter.com/QuE1AyLyoY

That’s what I mean. People who are able to make 180 degree turns whenever and however it suits their personal ambitions are very dangerous people. This shows the lack of a real internalized value system https://t.co/p3nBDlBp42

Also, I thought the word was literal or meant precisely. Please cite the critical racial text that tells white children that they are racist. After all, the 1619 project is journalism, CRT is a legal theory that you probably didn’t know because you haven’t read it.

Dennis is also really pissed off that he can’t say the n-word

They don’t even know what “Critical Racial Theory” is. You just want to deny knowing the fundamental sins of the land – sins that we see perpetuating every day centuries later, and that you literally don’t want us to learn from.

You literally haven’t read anything on the subject. Why should you spread your ignorance?

Schools don’t teach children, they are racist. Schools teach children the history of the United States, which unfortunately includes racism, slavery, segregation, and intolerance towards non-whites and non-Christians.

ARE YOU KIDDING?! I went to a mostly white and very “friendly” public school and was called a “terrorist”, “towel head” and even “sand n *****” – the few black students had it worse. Some children are racist because they are not educated better, and to deny that is naive. https://t.co/e3sI6Hjohy

Continuous, vicious lying is all that’s left.
This person also has ambitions of the president. https://t.co/1QHGPy7ETw
