11 Yr Outdated Boy Shot Useless in Dallas by 9 Yr Outdated With Gun Present in Automotive After Being Left Alone at Walmart Parking Lot

An 11-year-old boy was shot dead by a 9-year-old on Sunday. The two unrelated children were left alone in a car while a 32-year-old woman went shopping at a Walmart in Dallas, Texas.

The 11-year-old was rushed to the hospital but died, according to The Dallas Morning News.

The woman told police that she left the boys in the car while shopping. The police did not say whether the woman was related to the children and did not publish their names. “

“Investigators said initial reports suggested the 9-year-old found a gun in the car.”

The Daily Mail added, “The Dallas police have not made an arrest on this case and the investigation is ongoing.”

No news outlets have reported additional details since the first report on Sunday. National news media picked up the story on Monday afternoon.

“316 people are shot dead in the United States every day,” said the anti-gun violence group Brady (formerly the Brady Campaign).

“Among them,” Brady reports, “106 people were shot.”

“Every day 22 children and teenagers (1-17) are shot dead in the USA. Of these, “Brady adds,” 5 die of gun violence. “

38,826 people die of gun violence every year.
