QUEENSBURY – Two Queensbury-based contractors were arrested for allegedly failing to take out workers’ compensation insurance.

George F. Suttle, 55, of Queensbury, and Hadley-resident Anthony S. Cornell, 36, own and operate ADK Customs. An investigation by New York State Inspector Letizia Tagliafierro found that despite an employee working on a construction job, the agency said she had not taken out the required insurance.

Suttle was charged with providing the wrong submission tool and fraudulent practices, as well as failing to secure compensation. Cornell was charged with failing to receive compensation.

Both men were released on their own and will face trial in Milton Town Court on July 20.
