US MP Ted Lieu (D-CA) says MP Matt Gaetz (R-FL) urges people to shoot Silicon Valley employees. Congressman Lieu is not alone. Others, including experts, have issued similar criticisms and warnings after Gaetz made disturbing remarks on Thursday calling on Americans to fulfill their constitutional “obligation” to “apply” the second amendment.
“The Hall of the Internet is monitoring in Silicon Valley, they think they can suppress us, discourage us – maybe if you are just a little less patriotic, maybe if you just adapt a little more to their way of thinking, you will be allowed to take part in the digital world, ”said Gaetz at a rally on Thursday MP Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA).
“You know what? Silicon Valley cannot cancel this movement, this rally, or these congressmen. We have a second amendment in this country and I think we have an obligation to use it. “
