Sedgwick Declares Merger of CareWorks Comp, CompManagement| Employees Compensation Information

Sedgwick announced that Ohio-based CompManagement and CareWorks Comp have merged and will operate under the Sedgwick name.

“CompManagement and CareWorks Comp have more than 50 years of experience helping employers manage the employee compensation system in Ohio. They provide services that help them control claims costs and lower premiums,” the company said in a statement . “As Sedgwick, the merged companies will continue to work to improve customer programs and increase savings by simplifying and resolving complex claims problems.”

Sedgwick said that as part of the combination, the company will continue to provide services that include claims management, group assessment program administration, retrospective group assessment program administration, educational programs and security services.

Sedgwick, based in Memphis, Tennessee, is a provider of risks, benefits, and integrated business solutions.
