Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Who Praised Trump Little one Separation Coverage as ‘Biblical’, to Announce Run for Governor

“She left no lie unsaid, no relationship of trust unbroken, no American value unturned.”

Former Trump White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee SandersShe is expected to run for governor of Arkansas in a few hours’ time, a Republican candidate known for spreading media lies, falsehoods and disinformation.

Huckabee Sanders will video throw her hat in the ring on Monday morning, CNN and other news outlets report.

Although Huckabee Sanders was previously Trump’s White House press secretary and deputy press secretary, he has no actual government or political experience. Public relations officers generally don’t create policies, manage multiple agencies or large employees, or enforce laws. Her most important experience is serving as the regional congressional liaison in the Bush 43 Department of Education.

In 2018, Huckabee Sanders defended President Trump’s policy of ripping migrant children from their parents as “biblical” and refused to answer a reporter’s questions when asked if she had any empathy for them. Some of the children were only three months old. To date, hundreds of these children will not have been reunited with their parents. The Trump administration deported hundreds of parents whose children were still in the United States and did not pursue any family members.

She also lied in claiming that Trump “never promoted or encouraged violence in any way, form, or fashion”. Earlier this month, that lie proved fatal.

This summed up the general reaction to news that Huckabee Sanders resigned from the White House in 2019:

Sarah Sanders should leave the White House confident that she has left no lies open, no unbroken relationship of trust, no American value turned up, no commitment to people who are not subordinate to her loyalty to her boss, no hypocrisy unexplored. As a failure it was complete.
