Napa County is violating my federal civil rights | Letters to the Editor

The Napa County is currently violating the federal civil rights of this disabled minority who have lived in the county for 20 years and are a 66-year-old citizen of the United States of America.

Napa County has an online form on its official website that allows residents to schedule meetings with each of the guards. I filled out and sent the form on May 9th of this year.

On May 11th, I received an email from Jesus Tijero, Executive HR Assistant, who offered me three available dates and times for my meeting with Pedroza, my district manager. I chose the first available date: May 17th, anytime 9-10.30am, and that Tijero would email me shortly to get some new options.

Since then, I have not heard from him or anyone in the county about the new meeting options, although I have sent Tijero reminder emails about his testimony.

On May 27th, I sent another reminder email to Tierjo asking to meet Pedroza. I did not get an answer.

This is totally unacceptable. I am simply asking for the same access and opportunities to government resources and services as everyone else in this district, supposedly regardless of race, creed or color. Anything but equal access is very likely, racial discrimination and must be allowed, say the people of this country.
