Knowledgeable Explains How Dems Simply Brilliantly Compelled Trump to Reply Below Oath for the Capitol Riot

Could the two most conservative Supreme Court justices retire before the November elections? Rumors swirl. Here’s why.

In Wednesday’s analysis by Washington Post national political reporter Robert Costa that Trump supporters are hoping to use “conservative anger at Justice Roberts” as an “energizing moment” for the president’s troubled campaign, the news is that Far-right Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas “privately viewed by Trump’s aides as the most likely to retire this year.”

The potential resignation of Justice Thomas, who by most standards is the most conservative lawyer on the country’s highest court, sparked a social media firestorm in some social watchers and liberals – despite Costa noted that “Thomas has given no indication that he is leaving to retire.

Costa’s reporting was seen by a right-wing extremist expert Hugh Hewittwho “told his radio audience this morning that he was hearing from several leading Conservatives that Judge Alito, 70, was considering retirement and that he was also hearing that the Alito family were ready to leave Washington, DC”

Hewitt told his listeners in his usual self-glorifying manner, “I’m hardly an umpire, but I have a column in the Washington Post and that’s why they start editing me,” You know this person would be great if Alito left . ‘”

Whether or not Alito is considering retiring, the very prospect of opening not one but possibly two Supreme Court seats before the elections gives hope to Conservatives and terror to Liberals.

Some of the religious do not even bother to hide their excitement and are particularly enthusiastic. President Donald Trump could try another radical lawyer or two before the Supreme Court.

A lawyer for the far-right legal and anti-LGBTQ advocacy group First Liberty Institute responded with barely disguised glee and expressed his happiness as concern for Justice Alito’s family.

Those rumors – which we heard months ago before they initially died down – have actually really picked up speed in the past few weeks.

Sam Alito is a great righteousness who would be hard to replace but we should all hope he makes the best decision for his family. https://t.co/OmBVFuBIVb

Justice correspondent for the nation, Elie Mystal, replied to a legal correspondent for the local Fox station in New York, implying that Alito may be more likely to retire than Thomas.

Two important points:
1. Clarence Thomas loves his job.
2. Sam Alito hates his job. https://t.co/p94j7I8NAc

Vox senior correspondent Ian Millhiser, who literally wrote the book about the Supreme Court, also puts more emphasis on Alito’s retirement:

Hewitt is the opposite of a reliable source, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Alito retires. Alito is the most reliable partisan at court, and the best thing for the Republican Party is that he is stepping down and being replaced by a younger Republican. https://t.co/8e9qBCvVzp

On the left, the judge of the Supreme Court, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, is of course also of retirement age and has (successfully) faced health problems.

Those who are President on January 20, 2020 at 12:01 p.m. ET may have the opportunity to move the court entirely in one way or another.
