Gaetz Will get Summit Talking Slot at Trump Membership Hosted by Group That Held Pre-Rebellion Rally

US Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) made what many call “awkward” remarks at the Conservative Political Action Conference on Friday at CPAC.

During his speech, he appeared to be trying to provoke a riot again, attacked President Joe Biden, yelled for over a minute, and ended his speech by shouting, “Freedom!” and mocked US Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), who raised over $ 5 million for the victims of the Texas storm – Cruz’s constituents who literally struggled for days without electricity or water to stay alive in sub-par temperatures while on vacation in Cancun.

Cruz checked out William Wallace, who was portrayed by Mel Gibson in the movie “Braveheart”. Wallace was a leader in the First War of Independence in Scotland and was killed for high treason. Gibson’s character was described in the film as a “nationalist guerrilla leader” so it’s unclear why Cruz would promote him since America faced a coup attempt last month.

“Politics has a natural pendulum and the country will get well again and mark my words. 2022 will be a fantastic election year, just like 2024, if we stand together and defend freedom, defend the Constitution, defend every American’s Bill of Rights. In the immortal words of William Wallace, “Freedom!” Cried Cruz.

But before he got to that point, Cruz mocked Congressman Ocasio-Cortez.

Republican Tim Miller, who has worked with Republicans who vote against Trump and who appears frequently on MSNBC, put it this:

The first CPAC mention of the domestic terrorist attack on the capital is from Ted Cruz.

He makes fun of AOC because he’s scared.

CNN’s Jake Tapper weighed:

“AOC tells us she was murdered,” Cruz jokes, of the CPAC crowd

This was 3 days after the testimony that people shouldn’t be “assholes” (a reference to alleged friends who share texts with reporters about the Cruz family going to Cancun during the deadly Texas storm).

Democrats “control the White House” and “they control every executive branch in which they control both Houses of Congress,” cried Cruz. “Bernie wears mittens. AOC tells us that she was ‘murdered’, ”he says, mocking her for accusing him of almost murdering her for helping to start the uprising.

“And the media desperately, desperately, desperately want to see a republican civil war. Freedom is under attack and what do we do now? I will tell you. We will fight. Freedom, ”he says and seems to be pushing for the uprising again.

This is how people react:

NARRATOR: “@AOC raised over US $ 5,000,000 to help the people in @ tedcruz ‘state without electricity, food and / or water. The same people that Ted Cruz had joylessly left to the poolside lollygag in a foreign luxury resort . ” #BadStandupRoutines https://t.co/Wyahstsi9U

AOC raised $ 5 million for winter storm relief in Texas. She is a congresswoman from New York. Cruz left town. He should keep his cake hole closed. https://t.co/keOwfp46UA

@tedcruz
Cruz … Do you think what you said about AOC and Bernie was funny? You are a mean, filthy, nasty, lazy and mean person. It is people like you who should be fired from office. That is the white supremacy in you. Don’t worry, the Democrats will continue to prevail before and after you.

Frankly, nobody listens to Ted Cruz. It has no integrity, so let’s just look at the source. AOC has my thanks.

Cruz hides his failures as a person by making fun of or insulting others. Bottom Line: He left the people of Texas to freeze, and AOC raised millions to help them.
